Among the Bellavista wines, Brut Cuvée is the most representative of the qualities of Franciacorta. Its balanceis created by at least thirty selections. The addition of the"old wine", with their perfume and their flavors, givesconsistency in taste, smoothness and finesse. The grapesused are 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir has white foam, exuberant and persistent, fine and continuous. The color is yellow with green reflections.The scent is large, inviting, full of ripe fruit, chlorophyll and vanilla, the taste is flavored and full aftertaste.
