AGING: VINIFICATION Soft pressing, maceration forseveral hours and separation of the skins from the must.The partially clarified product is fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18 °. Once this stage the wine is poured intostainless steel tanks until bottling.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Goes well with appetizers anddelicate pastas, salads and main courses of fish.
STYLE: light and fresh
Glass:
Of medium size, has a flared tulip shape, but with enlargedcorolla outside. With this glass the wine glides over thelateral edges of the tongue where it perceives a greater extent, the flavor of young wines pleasantly tart and tangy.
